Ramaira Clothing ships premium ethnic wear and kurtis to customers across India. We partner with leading courier services (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and DTDC) to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

We believe in simple, transparent pricing:

• Standard Shipping: Absolutely FREE on all orders nationwide!
• No hidden delivery charges or COD handling fees. What you see is what you pay.

We work efficiently to get your ethnic styles to you as quickly as possible:

• Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 24–48 hours of order placement.
• Transit: Delivery transit takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on location:
  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 2–4 business days.
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

Once your package is handed over to the shipping provider, a tracking number and courier link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number. You can also view your shipment status directly from your Account Dashboard under the "My Orders" tab.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, contact number, or customer unavailability after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, our support team will reach out to schedule re-delivery.
